http:// www.bbbsyc.org Big Brothers Big Sisters of Yellowstone County was created in 1976 to help children reach their potential through professionally supported one-to-one mentoring relationships. These relationships contribute to better schools, brighter futures and stronger communities for all.
We are the ONLY best practice prevention program in Montana proven to impact a broad spectrum of risk factors (i.e. delinquency, alcohol, tobacco and drug use, teen pregnancy, school drop out) while simultaneously helping children reach their highest potential. As such, the return on investment is higher across the board than dollars invested in single issue prevention programs. Currently we have 50 kids waiting for a mentor.
