Time Off Paid
Time Off is an accrual of benefit hours to cover holidays, vacation days and personal days. Employees have options available to elect a cash-out of hours as well as donate hours to other employees. Extended Illness is an accumulation of hours designated for use by the employee for his/her own extended illness.
Retirement Benefits
A Defined Contribution Plan is provided for employees who meet specific eligibility criteria. This Plan provides a basic contribution for all participants as well as a matching contribution for those participants who have elected to contribute towards their retirement via our Employee Retirement Savings Plan. All employees may contribute a portion of their pay to a 403(b) program through pretax payroll deduction. On-site financial counselors are available to assist employees with their investments into this plan.
