Wines labeled "organic" contain fewer sulfites (potential allergy and heartburn triggers) than conventional wine, which can hold up to 350 parts per million (ppm). Organic craft beer is brewed with pesticide-free grain and hops preferably in a non-automated brewery of less than 50-barrel brew length, using traditional methods and no flavor-lessening adjuncts or extracts, additives or preservatives.
